Lake Wisconsin Resort Condominium, Inc.  was developed  from the property known as Lake Wisconsin Resort L.L.C., in 2006.  Phase I of the project offers 7 resort cabins for sale and for rent.  There is an option for expansion to Phase II, which would entail making another 6 cabins available.  At this time that is the option of current owners of the resort.  

    The concept known as "Resort Condo", is now popular for new construction for large resorts across the country, and we are bringing that concept to the already established Lake Wisconsin Resort on Lake Wisconsin.  

    Our goal is to make available reasonably priced "old style"  cabins, to families, for their use, and for rental by the managing resort, with access to Lake Wisconsin.
